A 26-point buck was found dead in Lenawee County that has an incredible gross green score of 257" The deer was found by Sharon Weidmayer while she was taking her dog "Camy" for a walk on Feb. 7, 2010. The green net score is 247 4/8. If this holds up it will beat the current record that is held by Paul Mickey with a buck that he took with a firearm in 1976. The Mickey buck scores 238 2/8 NT, B&C Points. The full story is in the April issue of Woods-N-Water News. Ironically, the world record buck is another "found" buck that is known as the "Missouri Monarch and it scores 333 7/8.
