I think that previous year bucks should be allowed if they have never been entered in a contest in the past. I shot a trophy 8 point in 1989 and it has never been entered in any contest "ever". I think that I should be able to enter my buck at a chance to win a prize just like everyone else. If you deny someone a chance to win a prize simply because it was shot in a previous year than your being "discriminating." As long as your buck has "Never been entered in a contest in past years" than it should be allowed. Some people enter their bucks in several contests and win lots of prizes! Is that fair - of course it is. As long as all contests entered where in the same year. However, entering in contests more than in a one year period would Not be fair.
