Deer hunters have been told they can no longer bait because it causes deer to congregate in one area where they are more likely to deposite and transfere disease. A deer farm is nothing but a deer toilet that deer feed and live in every day. Has anyone herd what deer owners will have to do so their deer will not congregate and feed in the same areas? Or live in their own filth?
