They need to readjust the scoring agian for this buck pole. Way too much weight is giving for total points. The top two bucks should not even be in the top 20. The 3rd place buck is clearly the biggest buck.

Nothing in range,just a few does to watch prance around with their young one'.Didn't get out as much this year either.

    I think we should move gun season to december. For two weeks for shot gun and one week for muzzleloader. As for the 15 to 30 of Nov. have no hunting at all so they can breed in peace. then only get one buck tag for the whole season bow,gun and muzzleloader. Its  obvious the DNR cares more about money then  anything else. why dont we copy the way  Illinois manages deer it obvious their way works . I passed up  atleast 20 bucks this yr. ranging from a 3.5 ten pt. to a spike . Only to find  out 12 of were killed that i know of.

 

 

Entered my buck over a week ago and not seen it yet?  How long does it usually take and are the bucks all measured the same (rules for measuring?)

I think that previous year bucks should be allowed if they have never been entered in a contest in the past.  I shot a trophy 8 point in 1989 and it has never been entered in any contest "ever".  I think that I should be able to enter my buck at a chance to win a prize just like everyone else.  If you deny someone a chance to win a prize simply because it was shot in a previous year than your being "discriminating."  As long as your buck has "Never been entered in a contest in past years" than it should be allowed.  Some people enter their bucks in several contest
